I had to reinstall Adobe Acrobat 9.0 - downloaded it from the adobe site - although version that I downloaded is labeled 9.0 on site, but downloaded file says this is pro. I own standard. When I input my serial number, serial number is not accepted. Message says not a valid serial number. Any idea why?
Did the person I chatted with refer me to the wrong page for the download?
Or is Adobe forcing me to buy a new version of software that I don't need? I am a basic user and the standard version of 9.0 does everything that I want and need.
