What version of Premiere Elements are you using and on what computer operating system is it running?
Can we assume Premiere Elements 10? If so, does your computer use a NVIDIA GeForce video card/graphics card?
By Preview Window are you referring to the monitor in the Edit area or the Preview Window that opens when you double click your
source media in Project Media or on the Timeline?
