I found something to be 360p by default, but the screen seem to stay for 480p video, so all my video are blury

I don't really know what's the problem. I have the same problem with Chrome and I did 2 scans on my laptop + reinstalling IE11 and it didn't fixe that.
Do you know how can I return to Flash Player 13? Just want to try... If it's not a Flash Player problem, I'm lost!
