My son has student edition of CS6, is trying to move it from imac 2010 to new imac. He has the product code, but not the serial number. The program has
transferred fine and opens fine, but is unusable until authorized. This was a boxed product with installation disk (new mac doesn't have a disc reader). How do we get the serial number to activate the program? We tried entering the product code on the Adobe website but evidently the code is not "acceptable" for the Student and Teacher Edition. Error Code was 213:5. Is this a deactivation problem?
