Muse not updating 7.4 to newest version. Instead it is taking me to a web page! Are older, paying users no longer supported?

Muse is not updating 7.4  to the newest version. Instead it is taking me to a web page (http://www.adobe.com/products/muse.html! Are old users no longer supported unless we buy EVERYTHING? When I click on INSTALL NOW (see image), I get taken to the site. I do not want the full CC product suite. Is this a forced upgrade?
