Have some bad news for you: Since Google Play and the App Store are two totally different closed electronic marketplaces, there's no easy way to download an app on one mobile OS platform that you purchased on a different mobile OS platform.
I wish it were easier but until everyone can go along to get along, you'll have to purchase PS Touch again.
