I have been checked your tips and what I have now:
1. First I have been published two images:
One is the result of Camera Raw 8.1 Export.
Second - from Lightroom 4.4.
On the first you may see color and luminance noise at the upper left corner of the image. When I do same In the Lightroom all are OK!
2. This problem occurs only when one of the image dimensions smaller than 1000px, I don't know why! And It's very visible when I'm using "Graduated Filter" with "White Balance Correction"!
3. I have been test other images and the same result even as ISO is set to minimum, for me 200! This bug is visible on all images but on the Daylight it's not so fixable.
4. I tried to reinstall PS6 to my original distribute with Camera Raw 7.1. The output image size in this version is sets through the "Custiom Crop" in pixels! I was tried to set it to 990x660px and what you think? I got the CORRECT result image as from Lightroom 4.4! This bug appears in Camera Raw 8.1 only!
I think it may be the problem on my workstation only! I'm using "Windows Vista" with "PS6/Camera Raw 8.1"? Do you use the Microsoft Operation System or you test this bug on the Apple's MAC OS Photoshop release?
Let me know what you think!
Also I was found when I choose output image size the area of image preview in Camera raw 8.1automatically scales to 400%! What is it and for what it I don't know too!
