I hate to pass you around, but it sounds to me that have an Acrobat subscription that was canceled prematurely. When you cancel, you should have access to the product until your next billing cycle. Would you please contact Adobe Customer Care either via chat or scheduled callback (here's the Contact Customer Care). I wish I could resolve things for you here, but I think they'll be able to take care of your subscription issue quickly.
