- Go to File>new>blank file
- Set background color chip to black
- Enter height & width, resolution 240 px/in, background contents>background color. ok.
- Be sure that foreground color chip remains white
- Use the type tool. In the drop-down, select a bold font. Type your message.
That should do it for you.
