If you didn't purchase the software then you likely do not have any right to use it outside of a trial mode, but it should not install as a fully licensed version in that case. I am not an Adobe representative, so I cannot say anything more than use the software and see what happens. For now, I don't think you or anyone else reading this is sure about what you have there. If in 31 days it is still running and it hasn't been paid for, then you could contact Adobe if your concern remains... if you help identify a problem for them they might be grateful.
