It would be wonderful if there was some mode where it would do a better job autoselecting the origin for each image that you are syncing instead of setting the source to be the same everywhere for this kind of purpose. Right now we are stuck with this manual process. This is even problematic with non-timelapse imagery if you set a default dust removal pattern or put that in a preset and end up with weird blobs cloned from the wrong areas.
