Your help is solicited and the same is immensely required for my below given trouble-shooting problem: Although I have installed both the updated version of Adobe Shockwave player(version 12.1) & Adobe Flash Player(version 14 Active X with the Plugin) but still I'm facing problems while watching Videos/live streams & playing flash games from the internet. The error message shows '' Could not load Shockwave Flash'' & as a result of that,my video/game automatically comes to a halt from loading. The O/S being used is Windows 7 Ultimate(32Bit)
