Thank you for using the TimeTracker. TimeTracker works with CS5, CS5.5, CS6, CC and CC2014. When new versions are released by Adobe, sometimes our code needs to be modified to support the changes. You might just need to upgrade TimeTracker to latest version.
Here are a few options
- Make sure that you have the latest version of the extension. You can find the latest version in the Download Center, which you can access via the pulldown menu in the upper right of the browser.
- There were some issues with earlier versions when Adobe was transitioning from CC to CC2014. There is a FAQ at www.creativeworx.com regarding installation support for CC & CC2014.
- You can reach out to CreativeWorx by clicking on Contact Support.
