Registration always has been optional and since those pages are long gone and you already registered back then there is no point whatsoever. Simply dismiss it permanently. The rest is unclear, since you haven't properly explained. I don't know what generics like " print to Adobe" are supposed to mean when I don't even know what program you refer to.
