I should clarify that I recently got a new computer and would like to reinstall CS3 (since the upgrade was via the adobe store online download) onto the new computer. I just went through my business receipts from my taxes and see that I did indeed purchase the CS3 upgrade on either 10/26/07 or 10/29/07 (I made 2 purchases on these dates, one was CS3).
What I need, is to find the serial number for this purchase. And, why does Adobe have no record of this purchase? If I can get the serial number I can re-install (I believe) using the adobe reinstaller.
