Huh? Your post makes no sense. Adobe is free to provide its products under whatever it deems appropriate - like any company in a free market. The rules are clearly laid out and if you don't meet the criteria for a discount you can't complain. The rest is irrelevant. If there was a promise of a free 3 month membership it was a limited promotion and you have to take it up with whoever made the announcement or organized the event.
