My name is Sharon, and I want to cancel my adobe cloud membership student. My adobe cloud ID was created with my student email and now my uni has blocked access to my email because I withdrew from the course. I just want to cancel my membership because it is incurring payment to a product that I no longer require, is there a way to do this over the phone with a customer support person or get in contact with a customer support person with this? Please help because it is stressing me out a little. I ha to create another account to be able to go on this community to seek help.
