Not surprising, particularly if a 64-bit system. It needs to run in the 32-bit mode as a minimum. It may not run at all. I was successful with AA7 on Win7, both 32 and 64-bit systems. However, the Adobe PDF printer and AcroTray failed and a workaround was required. I only did it as a test and do not use that configuration anymore.
