Probably this will never get to anyone but here goes. I bought a copy of Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 for teachers and students and tried to install it. I can’t, I put the disks into my computer and get nothing, I look at the yellow form that comes with it and it says for eligibility proof go to www.adobe.com/eduverify_ap, I go there there is a whole lot of rubbish that there is no way of entering anywhere. Step 3 on the yellow form is follow the instructions on the screen, what Bl**** instructions there are none this is total rubbish. People of my generation read paper based information, not //htmp_God knows what. We are nonetheless intelligent, however, we just do not speak computer!! For goodness sake, some simple, easy to find instructions on what to do in words of one syllable for complete and utter idiots like myself (when it comes to computers) would help. Also how the hell do I use it, there are no instructions, no book etc etc, what is this, rip off of the month software, buy it and spend the rest of your life trying to install it?? How do I talk to someone that is not an inanimate computer graphic or disembodied voice to sort this. You need to talk to people like me who can write the relevant instructions on your software without recourse to gobbledygook and in-the-know phraseology and use simple English. As I said I doubt whether this will ever reach anyone sensible but after the last four hours of trying to install this software I am fed up and of to be tied and will try anything.
