I am having the same problem (goodness, I hope I don't slow down Adobe's ability to fix it by saying that, wwilliams13!)...
But wanted to mention an aspect of the project manager that multiplies my frustration - which is the lack of an "uncheck all" function when selecting the source sequences.
My projects have many hundreds of sequences. The projects are 5 reels of a feature film where the rushes total over 18tb. When I want to Project Manager (an absolutely essential part of the workflow for handing over to colorist for Resolve), I need to spend about 45 minutes unchecking all the boxes except the one box for the sequence I want to hand over.
Worse, the clickable area for each check box is the tiny check box its self, you can't even check the sequence name to remove the tick. It's also not posisble to expand the tiny little window that displays the sequences so you are endlessly scrolling.... tick tick tick tick tick, scroll, tick tick tick tick tick scroll... like that for 45 minutes...
So goiing through this mind numbing process only to get the "please try again" message is actually quite madening...
(Though probably not all that much wrose than the CC authorisation problem where you can't use your NLE for a few hours or the deafening noise the audio transitions make when you export them. Just need tor remember to add a few more weeks / months to the post schedule if you have to cut a feature with Premiere...)...
Anyway... would it be possible to include a "uncheck all" funtion as you see in most other software?
Meanwhile, any signs of a fix to the project managment problem? Seems like its quite widespread...
And like others I do find it disturbing that Adobe's response to all this is simply "don't use that function"....
