I've tried re-installing Photoshop four or five times now, and it still doesn't work. I've done full restarts between re-installing, I've done all of my latest Windows updates, I've installed it without anything on my computer running or interfering with it, but it still won't work. If someone knows how to fix this problem, please help. I'm studying for Arts and Animation and without Photoshop I'm basically stuffed.
