After spending several hours and having trouble with the USB hub in my monitor I got the hardware calibration of my monitor running (see also How to Properly Calibrate Dell U2413 / U2713H / U3014 Monitors ).
But still after that, there is a slight difference between soft proof sRGB and no soft proof. Or using sRGB and no color management in Photoshop.
Perhaps I do not understand something important, but I thought, if I use sRGB in Photoshop I should see, what I get on my monitor, shouldn't I?
Why I've to enable the soft proof with setting monitor, to see, what I will get with my sRGB?
Bridge shows the images like IrfanView does.
