I do not understand your question. Please restate it.
What is the issue - your video and/or still files will not import into Premiere Elements 10 with the program's Get Media/Files and Folders?
Or, are you getting only audio imported into the program when you have a video with audio file? Or, something else.
Completely do not understand "transition of Photoshop".
Please remind us what computer operating system you Premiere Elements 10 is running on.
