I doubt I will be allowed to share stated files due to confidentiality.
This is the first occurrence of this issue to our knowledge (according to first level support) so by in large the product is working. We are encountering the issue when using the archive to email feature on a fax machine. We've tested this and received multiple faxes in PDF format properly. However some of the faxes come up with this error. Is there any way of checking the file? That is not grossly time consuming that is?
