Re: Problem signing in to adobe reader. Have a valid account but keeps coming up 'network error'.

Are you using Reader XI? Please make sure that you are and that you have the most current version installed. Choose Help > Check for Updates to Reader to install the latest update. Version 11.0.07 should resolve this sign-in error.

 

You can also try logging in directly to cloud.acrobat.com.
