I am helping a friend. I told her to save as straight away so as to leave her original untouched. But her MacBook Pro won't save as. It tells her "Could not complete your request because of a program error." We've checked her memory... 485GB available. The image 3MB. We want to resize to 250 pixels wide. I have typed 250 pixels in and had it size to that, but elements doesn't seem to recognize that command. Can someone help us 'save as' and size to a specific width for the web?
