Photoshop doesn't have a separate font list. In order to use a font in Photoshop, it has to be installed on your system. When you use a font in a Photoshop document, the information about what font was used is stored in the file, but the font itself is not. If you move that Photoshop file to another computer that does not have that font installed, you get the behavior you currently see. So you have to figure out where you got the font for your other computer and download/install it on this computer as well. The fonts in question, unless they are listed in the link I provided, did not come from Photoshop. Also, your system comes with a bunch of pre-installed fonts as well. You will have to check their documentation to verify whether you are missing any fonts that they are supposed to supply.
