help, my mac book pro died and i may not be able to transfer my creative suite programs onto my new mac?

can i re download my creative suite which i purchased 3 years ago? as you can appreciate it was very expensive so i don't want to be up for the cost of a new one.  the records of my transaction are also located on my dead mac.
