I AGREE! I spent two hours on the pone with support then chat and the told me I could download CS Production Premium online and end my insallationg woes. Guess what the page for CS# shows a 404 error.! Thanks indian tech support lady. Now I've lost a whole day just trying to get photoshop to work after upgrading my Mac os to Maverick. Anyone out there have any idea why I can't download CS3 from here. Or why Photoshop CSe failed to install from my disks? I'm ready to do something drastic to adobe. The call this CUSTOMER CARE? How about Customer brush off.
