Open With is not an option in Windows 7.
If I right-click on a file and then click Properties, there is an Opens With option that can be changed (which I've done the same as the Canon CR2 files), but this doesn't work with the NEF files like it does with CR2 files. Weird.
So, I'll just start PSE11, and use File/Open.
Incidentally, my Camera Raw PlugIn version is 7.4.0.137 (latest).
