There could be a couple of issues at work here. First, it can take a little while for your credit card to process, so first make sure that your account is active. Log in to www.adobe.com with your Adobe ID and password. Under My Subscriptions and Services, you should see your ExportPDF subscription. Click Manage and check whether your account is active.
