Hi John T - thanks for the response - I went through the steps of creating a new ID - and entering correct country - only problem is when I get to the 'register my product' in the new ID - I can't register with my product serial no for upgrading - as its used in the other old ID - and there doesn't seeem to be an option to disassociate an ID once its in place....so unfortunatley I can't get any further than that ...any ideas? Thanks!
