Download Error Message - Not sure how to fix

So I just purchased a new iMac to replace my 3+yr old MacBook Pro. When I setup the iMac it gave me the option to transfer data from my old MacBook to my new iMac. Everything on my new iMac works great except Adobe CC. I'm unable to manage and see my apps. This is what I see.

I went to this thread Creative Cloud - Download error - stubborn error and followed all the suggestions there to solve. It still does not allow me to see or manage my apps.

 

My iMac is running OSX 10.9.2

 

Any suggestions?
