Are you sure you want to send that interactive document as an attacment? Many people hates large attachments these days... And you options are pretty limited if you want to package whole thing inside one file. Only PDF and Flash formats supports that and both of them are really poor choices on mobile world.
If I were you, I would convert my indd-doc to HTML5, uploaded it to the server as a web-app and share the link to it on my email blast instead of attaching anything.

You can open that link with computer or iPad... that dummy document has been made in InDesign (it took maybe 3 minutes from scratch to server)
If you use correct tools, you can remain links, MSOs, videos etc you have placed in InDesign.
