It's ok, I'm not trying to set the bookmark with the connection lost, I just want users to be able to return to the last slide they were on before the connection was lost. Theoretically, this should be the normal behavior with the send data on every slide option checked, but the actual behavior is that no matter where they are if the connection is lost they return to the beginning or if they exited previously with an active connection, it returns them to that spot. That's why I'm trying to set a bookmark on entry or exit of every slide to ensure their place is kept regardless of the situation.
So let's assume that I will use SCORM 2004 and will execute the script on the exit of every slide. Can you please tell me what the exact script syntax should be? Is it:
api.SetValue("cmi.exit", "suspend") ;
because so far I've haven't seen any effect from running that script?
