Thank you, Rajshree, I know very well those documents.
I tried, to see if the change of session was the trigger for my issue, to change the language of the installed programs to English; download one app, and once installed, change the CC app prefs to french, quit and re-start it; then install the app again in French.
Both installs took the same time, when I expected the second one to be way faster.
