The response from Adobe & Microsoft to this error is very poor. Logged a BUG Report with Adobe and I hope to receive some response. Problem solely relates to Office 64 Bit variant and generates an error when trying to Insert a PDF into Word using the "Create from File" option.

Workaround is to simply Use "Create New" and choose either Display as Icon or Not and then click Okay and select the .PDF required. This seems to work on all attempts.
