I only have experience with Final cut.
What we have observed at my place of work you shout 30 minutes of footage and end up with 5.1 GB file. when it becomes a .mov the same file is now 27.53 GB, becasue Apple high resolution expands the .mov.
Not sure if Premiere expand out like Final Cut. I haven't been able to import any of my footage.
