We have approximately 15 users who have a wide range of Adobe Acrobat Standard 10.0.0 to 11.0.07 and versions between. They have been using the Tracked reviews/comments feature since the late 2012 with no problems at all. On approximately May 22nd one of the users came to our IT dept. stating that the tracked reviews/commenting was not working. (I should also mention no one knew they were using this process and none of us are familiar with it or who set it up) The comments show up and stay updated but when users sign off or add their signature to the last page and then send the file back the next person to open that file, their signature overwrites the previous persons signature.
Example:
Sara added her signature for approval on the last page.
When Melody goes to open it to make sure all the reviews are completed by the appropriate people and Melody's signature automatically overwrites Sara's. What's even weirder is Melody is not supposed to sign off on them and therefore never added a comment at all.
This happens with other users and their names as well and they have a mix and match of versions. We don't see any Adobe updates around that time on the PC's and they have been this way for years (working).
We are clueless on what to look for or what to try. Could there just be a setting somewhere?
