Table of Contents Formatting Page Numbers

I want the page numbers in my table of contents to be spaced away from the heading names that are listed. I used the tabs setting in the paragraph styles to do this, but I have problems when the heading names are long and extend to a new line. Is there a way for me to format these so that any long heading will jump to a new line earlier.

For Example:

I want left justified text to jump to a new line anytime it is 300 pixels to the right of the origin. I want the page numbe to be 400 pixrels right of the origin (so that there is >100 horizontal pixels between any text and the page numbers).
