Do you have Premiere Elements 10 along with the NVIDIA GeForce 780 on the Windows 7 64 bit computer?
The reason that I ask relates to this NVIDIA GeForce issue being specific to Premiere Elements 10 and is resolved by rolling back the driver version to around May 2013. I have not seen a report to date where the BadDrivers.txt file deletion resolves this specific issue.
For all other situations, the BadDrivers.txt file deletion has proven a life saver for those with up to date driver and still getting that Premiere Elements display error message.
Whatever the case, glad to learn that you have resolved your Premiere Elements issue and you are moving forward with your projects. Good job.
