Thanks again, once I had a working link it was very simple to get in touch with a representative who was very helpful in reversing the charges. The renewal was due to a technical error, as their information showed I had indeed cancelled my subscription. Again, I'm not sure if the link to the support page has an error in it or if there was just something strange with my setup, but hopefully if others are having the same problem your link will be of help to them.
