Thanks for the details. Good to know that you are on the latest release!
We had some challenges with ME (Arabic) and Japanese text (mainly vertical text) and we could not fix it for the June release as fixing the basic problems in Roman text turned up as a higher priority item for us. Now that you have identified some of the problems with ME live text, we will surely take this as an item for us to work upon. If you have some more feedback about things not working in ME locale in Reflowable EPUB, we would be happy to hear about those as well.
