I would like to be able to email/save a form with a unique name each time. Ideally if I could use information from a couple of the text boxes that would work great such as DRIVER NUMBER, DATE, and TIME...

重ねてすいません。別の方法として、サイトは一つですので、今有るものをすべて捨てて新たに定義したサイトのホルダを造り、リモートサイトからダウンロード、と言う事では解決出来ないでしょうか。もしも出来る場合、今後このよう な事態を起こさないようにする注意事項（クラシュの原因を作らない）は有るのでしょうか。あわせてお教え頂ければ幸いです。
